He now works out of their Chapel Hill office and typically covers Orange, Durham, and Wake Counties, but don’t let those boundaries keep you from calling him. Even if you are in Johnston or surrounding counties, he is willing to help you. I have been nothing less than impressed with Colin’s professionalism and personality. He has been very patient with me and my wife with our demands and he is a real buyer’s agent. He has taken every issue that we have brought up to the seller and followed up until resolution.
